I read in the newspaper that they did bust a major ring that was operating out of Eastern Europe and that the FBI and Homeland Security had been following the case for a long time, but it was hard to pin it down since some of it was being done out of the USA. A lack of a fundamental understanding of today's cyberworld and paranoia. But, I don't understand why he's paranoid. Although I've only known him since 2006 & he's been this way since then, so I don't have as long a perspective as some others.
