It is no wonder why feeding your mind more positive messages can make a powerful difference in your life! Using positive affirmations can give you just the boost you need to improve your self-esteem. Unfortunately most people are not utilizing this transformational technique. What prevents most people is the uncertainty of what to say and how to word positive affirmations for success. Below are 4 simple tips to help you write effective affirmations for improving your self- esteem. 1) The Power of Now. Start by wording your affirmations in the present tense, not the future. Avoid saying things like, "I will learn to love myself" because your subconscious mind interprets that to mean "sooner or later". Instead you could say, "I choose to love myself". By wording your affirmations this way you accomplish two things: you empower yourself with the addition of the words "choose to," and it puts the affirmation in the present moment....
