But, if you scroll down further, the sample menu lists breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has ben instilled in us to eat three meals a day like you listed, but the question is, when do you eat them? What time do you eat breakfast, then lunch, then dinner? For example, we typically think of breakfast in the morning but you say don't start eating until noon, so when is breakfast, lunch and dinner in relation to IF? << ou squeeze them all into that 6 hr window so breakfast at noon lunch at 3 and dinner at 6pm. Sounds funky I know but most people love IF after they adjust. If you are trying to drop weight you can just eat 2 meals 1 at noon and 1 at 6pm. Hope that helps.
