no scientific difference to organic food
more a matter of faith and ethics

breakfast
spinich omlette
2-4 eggs
as much spinach as you want
small handful of walnuts
1-2 cup blue berries

snack small handful of nuts

Lunch
2-4 oz chicken
as much salad as you want with oil and vinegar dressing
(1 table spoon olive oil)
1-2 oranges

snack small handful of nuts

dinner
2-4 oz lean grass-fed beef
as much broccoli as you want
small handful almonds
1-2 apples

ou squeeze them all into that 6 hr window so breakfast at noon lunch at
3 and dinner at 6pm. Sounds funky I know but most people love IF after
they adjust. If you are trying to drop weight you can just eat 2 meals 1
at noon and 1 at 6pm. Hope that helps.

my approach was 6 hours between meals
with two snacks after 3 hours

one small fruit in the morning

half a piece of ryebread
in the afternoon


so I would go to work with 4 lunch boxes
