Well, it finally happened today - I got the mug!
Background - for Christmas, three years ago, my nieces made a set of two
mugs for my Judy and me. One said "May your relationship begin with
champagne". And the other said "and end with tea". So we each took one.
When Judy passed away in November, her family cleaned out most of her
apartment but forgot the mug.
However, the landlord was nice enough to rescue it for me and we had a
nice lunch today while we reminisced about Judy.
So I feel good today about something - having an item of Judy's that I
can keep.

Hi Ken..it is so true, the little things from our loved ones life
really do keep them closer in our hearts. I have so many of my beloved
daughter's things that mean the world to me. I have several of her
favorite coffee mugs and find comfort in drinking from them in the
mornings when I do my meditations. Also, just wearing a pair of her
earrings or her watch can bring her closer to me, even though she is
always in my heart. Enjoy your mug and memories of your Judy. I know
she is watching over you now..Judy, Cindy's Mom

that's wonderful Ken...having something that belonged to Judy I know
means so much to you. I noticed in her pictures that she wore a heart
necklace too.

remember her by...I have a few small pics of
my deceaseds son on a wall in my bathroom~I know-a weird place but I
consider it "my" bathroom so everytime
