Also have been eating all kind of junk and used to home food. I sleep at about 3 am every morning. Dynamic visuals. Your *hyperacidity* sounds like acid reflux and may well be caused by your eating habit eather than anxiety. If you stop eating junk food it will probably disappear. If not you can always ask your doctor for a proton pump inhibitor like Prilosec. IMO. From: sunnyindy on 8 Oct 2008 18:29 Thanks Vanessa and Peter. The acidity is down touch wood and for three days now I have cut down my workload and avoid eating fried junk food. Also my mom gave me curds/yoghurt with every meal and yoga breathing exercises which have helped a lot. Thanks for being there. Hi, Sunil, I would think the hyperacidity could be from the junk food since you are used to home cooked meals. I enjoyed the commercials. The TV one is very action packed.
