Posted this in ASM as well, so my apologies to anyone reading it
twice.

Got my house on the farm rented.

Rented a house near work.

Have a date this weekend with someone who thinks I'm worth driving 2
hours to spend time with and to get to know better - someone who
DOESN'T need rescuing. (38, single, no kids, steady job that he
loves, no problem having to pass YS and my mechanic's inspections
before he can date me, etc)

Thanks, Vicki. And to top it all off, my roses and kalanchoe on the
window sill above my desk are blooming again. What more could a girl
ask for?

It was blooming when I bought it. I was surprised when it started
blooming again. I keep it on the window sill, which is south-facing.
And I water it with ferti-lome added to the water. Other than that, I
just turn the pot a couple times a week.

I think lots and lots and lots of sun. Mine always got leggy and
rarely bloomed when in the house. The ones I bought and have sitting
outside with 5 or more hours a day of full sun haven't stopped blooming
since I bought them 6 months ago.

Glad to hear things are looking up and going well for you, Cat.
