I'm sure you're correct about the connection. I already knew I was
sensitive to dairy, and after recently getting into the bad habit of
drinking those bottled Starbucks drinks [which are basically nothing
but milk], I've been experiencing the same result. I also indulge in
ice cream when I visit my eldery mother. Dairy is an inflammatory,
and it must also be affecting our arterial system in less obvious ways
than hemorroids

Dairy products are an inflammatory for *some people* (a small
minority). Don't generalize your own problems to everyone.
