Simvastatin and high cholesterol

Hi, I had some cardio tests done recently as I was experiencing abnormal sensations in the heart, and was told that the results were within the normal range. Likelyhood of heart attack index
There is an index or scale that indicates the liklihood of one having a heart attack.....I cannot remember what it is can someone help please.....I have the word "Marningham" come to mind but cannot find reference to that anywhere.
