Question about my recurring heartburn I was diagnosed with Hatial Hernia in 2005 and since then I have been taking Nexium once a day. I was perfectly fine. Just had first GERD attack This last Monday I had my first (that I'm aware of) full on GERD attack, ended up taking an ambulance to the hospital as I thought I was having a heart attack. There is nothing much you can do now except to maintain your high level of fitness, keep up the GERD lifestyle changes, but introduce GERD no-no ... 7 May 2008 02:45
