Question about my recurring heartburn
I was diagnosed with Hatial Hernia in 2005 and since then I have been taking Nexium once a day. I was perfectly fine. I could eat anything , drink anything including beer with no heartburns at all. Just had first GERD attack
This last Monday I had my first (that I'm aware of) full on GERD attack, ended up taking an ambulance to the hospital as I thought I was having a heart attack. I know where you are coming from, this is why I always request to stay awake during operations - not that any surgeon or anaesthetist has granted me my wish to date. There is nothing much you can do now except to maintain your high level of fitness, keep up the GERD lifestyle changes, but introduce GERD no-no ... 7 May 2008 02:45
