Heart Failure
I've been diagnosed with severe heart failure after going to the Dr 'cos my ankles were swollen. I also have fluid in my left lung. I was fitted with a Medtronic pacemaker four years ago for bradycardia. I also have tachycardia. I am on a beta blocker, ACE inhibitor, Disprin and diuretic. I often hear that one of the symptoms of a heart attack is "pain" in the left shoulder/arm. What kind of pain is it? Is it normal muscle pain? Is it a burning? Is it a shooting or stabbing pain?
