Hi,

Food is what heals or kills. We should be eating the right food in
order to remain energitic and fat free. There is tons of information
available on this topic and it is reaelly confusing what to follow.

I just finished reading a fantastic book which talks about "17 Foods
that heal". The beauty is all traditional and proven referrences are
discussed here which have been tried by lot many generations.
