This week i found out that a very close person to me has cancer , and
is the first time i've suffer from insimnia, i 've sleep like 2 to 1
hours fot the whole week. What can i have wihout going to a doctor? i
do not have the money to afford one right now

The best thing that will help you is to give it time... Grief and sorrow
just need time to allow you to come to terms with the change. If you have
not had problems sleeping before this, your sleep will return. IMO it is
best to let your body take care of itself without artificial aids if you
don't need them.
