I took 20 pounds Lying Dumbbell Tri Ext, I was doing #75 but did 60 pounds today so I wouldn't be sore tomorrow when I cycle 50 miles. I won't say anymore to you! Burr

I thought we were being friendly, sorry if it didn't come across that way. 50 mile cycle, nice! I would have to ask, how many days do I have to complete that? LOL I'm very proud of being able to jog for a solid hour now, so a 50 mile cycle seems WAY out of reach for me. In a neighboring county there's a 220 mile relay race (up a mountain, no less), and it just amazes me that people can do that. *** Sorry if this goes through several times, Google is giving me an error.
