We are putting in the high teens of our gross national product
into the medical area.

What are we getting?

We demand that performance be rewarded in other areas.

Not for feeble attempts and failures.

A bounty needs to be created for success (elimination of any disease)

Poor pay for failure to a achieve success.

The removal of titles for gross failures.
