From: Dr. Jitendra Agrawal on 15 Jun 2008 11:28 Gallbladder carcinoma is an aggressive, rapidly fatal disease unless discovered at an early stage.The symptoms of gallbladder cancer are typically those of benign gallbladder disease.Given the nonspecific presentation of patients with gallbladder carcinoma, the disease is difficult to diagnose preoperatively.Unfortunately, there are no reliable tumor markers too.
