It seems that some of the managers have paid attention and have a gluten free menu derived with the help of the GF coalition (or something like that) I would hope that it will be on their web site some time (just checked and it is still not there) I did ask specifically about the Liver, yes i like liver! It is on the gf list and I even asked, they do NOT dredge it in flour. Most of it is listed as request to leave off the ofending item. I forget that managers name but he just moved here from Florida.
