From: loujeanb on 6 Aug 2008 15:59 I start my right knee tomorrow with Supartz. There will be five shots. What really worries me is my left knee. I got a cortisone shot on the 14th of July and it doesn't even feel like I did. My rheumy says that she doesn't think a TKR will work because of the condition of the knee cap. I don't want to feel this way for the rest of my life! Or until they get a good knee cap replacement. She says it's all torn up from OA. Right now, I've got my gall stones to worry about so will limp along on the left knee (foot, of course, guys) until the gall stones are taken care of. I see the surgeon on Friday, so we will see what happens after that. -- Navy Take out the FISH to email me.

From: loujeanb on 7 Aug 2008 09:46 Thanks for the good wishes, Di. This is my third series of Supartz, I think. Anyhow, it's not new to me, so I know how my body usually reacts. It usually is a cake walk for me, too. Although, I remember somebody who was a bit concerned before they got the first shot. I wonder who that was. I definitely let everybody know what results from the visit to the surgeon tomorrow morning. Thanks for being concerned. -- Navy Take out the FISH to email me. From: Gloria Wolfe on 7 Aug 2008 15:08 I'll be thinking very postively for a good outcome. You must really be in a lot of pain right now and discouraged. Prayer sent up too. I remember all I went through before my own TKR. Blessings. Nanny On 8/6/2008 2:59 PM, loujeanb wrote to All: -> I start my right knee tomorrow with Supartz.
