Physical therapy for someone with FM or Polymyalgia? I have FM, but a lot of my symptom picture really adheres more closely to polymyalgia. Dove soap Has this been discussed here before? Dove soap. Place a bar at the end of your bed in between the sheets and blankets. It's suppose to help with RLS and leg cramping.
