Vitamin D connection ? I saw my doctor this week. She had been to a seminar about pain. One discussion was led by a doctor that had found a connection of muscle pain to low Vitamin D levels. increasing the stage 4 sleep? I have read and heard many times that one problem with FM is very poor, or completely absent, stage four sleep. I am unable to take any of the serotonin related medications, tricyclics or SSRIs. They all make me hypomanic within a few weeks.
