From: Chuck on 10 Jan 2008 20:05 Its very quiet.... not even Moe talking. Did everybody find a great new place to hang and chat and not share it with the old gang here???? Chuck
From: Glenn Woodell on 11 Jan 2008 16:00 Woohoo! Somebody posted. Finally. Nothing to report here except that I got to get out on the water and go windsurfing twice the week. I had not been in almost a month due to poor weather and/or lack of wind. This week we've had spring-like weather with temps in the 70s. My new wetsuit is sweet. Can't wait until I don't have to use it again though. Glenn On Fri, 11 Jan 2008 01:05:52 GMT, "Chuck" <chuck(a)nospam.mchsi.com> wrote: >Its very quiet.... not even Moe talking. I have a question, I plan on taking a trip in the near future and was wondering if anyone has any problems getting through the x-ray checkpoint at the airport? Anyone have a good story of going through the checkpoints? Jeff

I've been busy reading the MI5 guys stuff. Sure hope they get him soon and take away his internet access. Actually, I've been sitting in the recliner and using the walker a lot lately. My stump has shrunk and changed shape to the point where any kind of physical activity was causing problems. But I've been fitted for a new socket and it'll be ready on Monday, so things are looking much brighter. ... Tom

Anyone have a good story of going through the checkpoints? No problems, except you'll get wanded at every checkpoint. And some of the inspectors will insist that you take your shoe off. If you look pitiful enough, they won't make you wait in those long lines. <G> ... Tom
