Gaining the weight back: statistics?

Oats
I just had the best oats...ever. I started them yesterday afternoon in the solar oven, then finished cooking them today. I guess the slow cooking somehow improves the flavor. Been a long time
Since I have been to this group. I used to be here all the time and believe it or not I lost 70 pounds but....... a variety of things happened, including an injury and all the weight is back.
