My Endo's Diet Plan
Since so many asked, I will post my diet. I do like food but have never eaten this much in my life. Looking back at some old food logs this is almost twice what I used to eat. I am very confused today. I woke this morning with a bg of 87, perfect. For breakfast I had two waffles with low carb peanut butter and sugar free jelly. At two hours I was 97.
