From: Judy Bay on 18 Dec 2006 22:05 I think I need a tooth pulled. Any ideas about which dentist, what to tell the dentist, what to do about meds? My long-time dentist retired, and I haven't looked for another one yet. I'll also be asking my PCP and RD about this.

I can't open near as far as I used to, so that makes it difficult, But the regular dentist was able to get it done without too much problem. A little soreness of my jaw and corners of my mouth, and he and the assistant couldn't both get in there like usual. If it way in the back - perhaps a endodontist or oral surgeon? dave -- A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read. -Mark Twain

I have a slight mitrol valve leak - so some dentists want me to take antibiotics before any major work. I think my family doc doesn't think it's necessary. I don't think I took any the last time I had work done.. but it's probably a good precaution. > "Dave Wilcher" <davewilcher(a)gmail.com> wrote in message > news:45875c38$0$2626$4c368faf(a)roadrunner.com... >> Judy Bay wrote: >>> I think I need a tooth pulled.
