watch your diet!
As Christmas approaches - I've already fell off the wagon - and have had several flare-ups. It's the holiday spices - i.e. - cinnamon, etc. - can really play havoc w/our condition! Hope other IC pt.'s are doing better than I am at "behaving" - and watching your diet! ... 12 Dec 2009 18:57

I find this time to be particularly difficult with all the holiday "goody" temptations. Sugar is very acidic and not IC friendly! Years ago, I abandoned store bought cake mixes , etc. and depend on cake, cookie, & pie recipes that don't have the preservatives & food coloring.
