candida -- Can someone explain what this is, and how it can cause a
bunch of health problem, or so people claim??

I know it is some type of yeast problem, but I am having trouble
seprating out the quackery from the real info about it.

Can someome tell me more about it, if I need to get tests for it, etc.?

Thanks,

Jamie

HI,

I talked to my doctor about it. He told me to talk OTC keopeptate.

But overall he said that candida is only a problem in people that are
severly imno compermised..

Thats what they all say, but if you seek the opinion of an alternative
doctor, they'll tell you that candida can occur in people have taken
antibiotics, have thyroid problems, etc

If you want to get treated for candida, best to go to a nutritionist or
someone who knows how to treat it. You can get tests done like a blood
test, stool test or you can just try the anti-candida diet to see if its
helps.

It's a crotch farm for Parmesan Cheese.
It happens to me when my sugar levels get a tad high (diabetes II),
plus it also can occur from excess anti-biotics.
Wash the affected areas well with a soft cloth and apply Canestan
Cream or similar Anti-Fungal preparations.

The simplest treatment is just to not believe in it. It then goes away immediately.
