I know it is some type of yeast problem, but I am having trouble seprating out the quackery from the real info about it. Can someome tell me more about it, if I need to get tests for it, etc.? You can get tests done like a blood test, stool test or you can just try the anti-candida diet to see if its helps. It happens to me when my sugar levels get a tad high (diabetes II), plus it also can occur from excess anti-biotics.
