From: ToddSmith on 25 May 2008 20:38 I think that I've sustained damage to my long thoracic nerve. I had neck pain on my right side and in my right shoulder for a few weeks, and I read that a lesion of the nerve paralyzes the serratus anterior to produce scapula winging, which is what I have now (I know because it happened to my left side 8 years ago and I had surgery to fix it). I have a nerve lesion! Is it possible to get rid of the lesion, heal the nerve, and un-paralyze my serratus anterior without surgery? -Thanks
