I take Lyrica and 2 supplements daily. I try to keep my BG as low as is
practical as that is what really helps the most to me. I have some 'diabetic'
shoes.

How about you?

And, if you're new here, hey, welcome! You're not barging in, a'tall. Pull up
a chair.

What is your neuropathy like Nick ?
Does it affect your balance and walking ?
Guess I'm looking for coping advice from someone with experience.

Going for the 'dopey' shoes on Wednesday. I've started taking 600mg of
Alpha Lipoic acid daily, though I have grave doubts that it will do any
good.
My problem is with balance and "not always knowing where my feet are".
Try explaining that to someone who can't imagine such a feeling.

Thank you so much Donna.
I held off for over a week - just in case this group was sort of a
private club.
Some are ya know.
