as a weekend father- i try real hard to keep my son healthy. I always
tell him -you are what you eat. Unfortunately we give in to our kids
even though it kills me to see all the fatty food out there. It seems
to me that the only reason why kids want this fastfood -like McD.,B.K
and all those other places because of those so-cool toys that come
with it.It's mostly my own fault for giving in but it's really tough
keeping him happy when he's with me just for awhile then he goes back
to his mother's house and has a normal family life. I tried to voice
my opinion to get results.. I got through to McD through e-mail but
Burger King doesn't have an e-mail to contact. It seems like these big
corps. are trying to kill us and take our money.It's all about the
rich man getting fatter in their wallets and us working class just
keep on getting fatter and unhealthier-it's faster to eat on the go. I
hope to see a healthier,caring world so our kids can have a brighter
future and don't have the same problems as we have.

no it is up to yiu
grow food in your garden or in window boxes and eat it together with him

children need to have a little garden of their own too
to grow stuff they can eat as snacks
