Hey everyone,

I'm about 5'9 165 pounds now and ive been working out consistently for
the past 5 months. I started out at 150 lbs and i have gain 15 pounds
in the previous 5 months. I try to work out at least 3 times per week
doing two body parts a workout. I have noticed some increase in muscle
mass but not as much ad i'd like. I try to eat as much protein as
possible and i am also taking a protein powder after i work out called
advantEDGE protein. It has 22 grams of protein her serving. I was
wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on how to really build
significant amount of muscle?

Any Feedback is appreciated.

I've heard that advantagEDGE is made from ground up Mexican sewer rats.
Stop using it or you'll wind up like Bill Davidson's brother in law.
