From: jay on 25 Jun 2006 20:30 Hey everyone, I'm about 5'9 165 pounds now and ive been working out consistently for the past 5 months. I started out at 150 lbs and i have gain 15 pounds in the previous 5 months. I try to work out at least 3 times per week doing two body parts a workout. I have noticed some increase in muscle mass but not as much ad i'd like. I try to eat as much protein as possible and i am also taking a protein powder after i work out called advantEDGE protein. It has 22 grams of protein her serving. I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on how to really build significant amount of muscle? Any Feedback is appreciated.
