From: ted rosenberg on 20 Nov 2008 11:15 I got up this morning ad it was COLD I made my wife a hot bowl of oatmeal with apple in it and Splenda I MISS BREAKFAST! I love breakfast, but, I am now no longer hungry in the morning, and the last thing I am going to do id to eat when I am not hungry

You still need proper nutrition - breakfast is the last thing I'd think about skipping. Skipping it may elevate you BG numbers more than eating a proper meal. Mine is usually bacon and eggs - not much carbs. This morning I had steel cut oatmeal with Stevia and cream.

It's quicker than oat meal and better for you. With a little packet of splenda it's great. Oat meal is good too, I just like variety. -- Claude Hopper :) ? ? �
