What is a good breakfast cereal to eat in the morning? I tried Special K and
it sent me in the 200s. Or should I go back to egg beaters?

Use whole eggs... or any of these, my current cereal recipe is about
2/3rds down the page.

Which Special K - they market a High Protein or low carb variant which is
significantly lower than most cereals - it is the lowest carb one I have
found. If that does not work, I would suggest bacon and eggs.

Nothing wrong with bacon and eggs, or ham and eggs, or omelets, or
poached eggs.

I'm T2, and I can handle less carb in the morning than I can later in
the day, so I try to make my only carb be the teaspoon of sugar and the
slug of milk in my tea.
