Or should I go back to egg beaters? Which Special K - they market a High Protein or low carb variant which is significantly lower than most cereals - it is the lowest carb one I have found. If that does not work, I would suggest bacon and eggs.

I'm T2, and I can handle less carb in the morning than I can later in the day, so I try to make my only carb be the teaspoon of sugar and the slug of milk in my tea. PP, T2 |
