Here is the contents of my breakfast mush.

Wheat bran
An half ounce of oat bran ~ 10 grams of carbs
An ounce of coconut flakes ~ 7 grams of carbs
water

heated

Heavy Cream (far fewer carbs than milk)

This tastes pretty and didn't seem
to bother my post-prandial BG
an hout and half down the road.
