We put together a short list of books at http://altsupportthyroid.org/rr.php#books a few years ago, and it may be time to revisit this list. We aren't aiming to list every book that's been useful to thyroid patients, just a few top choices, maybe more than the 3 currently listed. I like Dr. Arem's "The Thyroid Solution" ( an MD who was on the Baylor medical school staff at the time, and is now in private practice in Houston) Also, Dr. Ken Blanchard's "What your Doctor May Not Tell You about HYPOTHYROIDISM" (He is an MD endocronologist and has private practice in Lower Newton Falls near Boston) Hope this helps, Fran M.
