Hi everyone,

I just started a blog about my journey overcoming social anxiety today.
I'm about six months in doing daily therapy and many behavioral
activities and have come a long way, but I still have a long way to go.
I realized today when doing a behavioral activity that others may like
to read about my experiences with CBT and social anxiety (it'll also
keep me in check on doing my daily therapy).

Take a look if you're interested. I plan on posting daily about what
I'm doing.

Hi,
Your blog looks great and is informative. As to a part I read:
"No big deal. I briefly considered trying to hide my chest, but then it
clicked, why should I care what they think? In that moment, I was actually
proud of myself.
Right when I was about to leave I noticed that two guys in front of me were
laughing. I don't know if they were laughing at me or not. The feelings of
self-consciousness started to bubble up, but again, the therapy clicked, and
I thought, whether or not they are laughing at me, who cares!"
