Quite. It's the pro hunt groups that have caused the decline in black
grouse, capercaillie, red squirrel etc. This is just a cynical
exercise to expand Red grouse moorland by the back door and expand the
shooting industry. Black grouse, red grouse habitat is exactly the
same and you don't imagine they wont be shooting still do you!

Yet another CON and it's worth noting who the usual pro hunt partners
in crime are such as the RSPB who "cannot comment on game shoots as
it's against our charter" yet they can fully support game shoots on
their own lands and elsewhere.

Cynical is the right word.

donations which were supposed to protect wildlife.

I have a black grouse flapping about in my underpants. Once I had a
