I saw the post on Kili from the end of today, and it sounds better:

~Positive news received from Allan today:

I just got back from the hospital.

They have further reduced the output of the ventilator. It's now set at 10
breaths per minute and 35% oxygen content.

It was at 70% yesterday and 100% the day before.

The oxygen saturation of her blood remains at 96%. She's breathing on her
own at a rate of 12 breaths per minute.

The medication to increase her low blood pressure has been stopped entirely
and her blood pressure was holding at 115/55 the entire time I was there.

They haven't changed the levels of the antibiotics or the sedation, but she
was more responsive today.

She's taken a turn for the better. It's still a long road out of where she
is, but she's heading in the right direction for now at least.

It sure does sound better! I e-mailed her husband to find out where to send
the cards. He e-mailed me back last night and told me she is improving. Kili
is an incredible fighter.
