From: Tennessee Tony on 5 Nov 2007 01:25 I'm not one to get real fancy with cooking/baking and so far I've only made rice flour crepes and rice flour banana bread and I love both. I tried "Pamela's Baking & pancake mix" to make pancakes and I thought it tasted awful. So my question is which one or two of Bette Hagman's books should I start with? I'm looking for easy recipes and good directions on how to convert current wheat flour recipes into GF ones. Thanks, Tony
