I'm looking to change the supplier I use now (Shield) for one that has a
better online experience. Ideally I'd like one that is close the the Amazon
experience. I'm looking for comprehensive online catalog, simple online
ordering, and email notifications as my order is accepted, then approved,
then shipped.

Any of you guys have good experiences with your supplier?

I have used http://www.jrsmedical.com/Default.aspx

Thanks. Can you describe the process they use? Was it simple? Did you get
email notifications as your order went through the various processing steps
(new order, insurance approved, shipped) ?

Thanks. I checked out their site. They apparently don't accept insurance
so are not really an option for me.
