After 27 years, my wife has tired of Ener-G Foods GF Gourmet flour blend and
is looking for something better. What does the collective consider the
"best" retail blend? Something from Red Mill? Other?

Kingsmill sells a nice blend, but not sure how far they ship.

I use the Bette Hagman's four flour blend.
