From: Ctight on 17 Sep 2007 13:32 Hi there. I'm thin and fit. However I have some fat around my lower stomach. Can anyone recommend a way to reduce? I don't eat much and frequently go to the gym. Looks a little odd having a six-pack with this little bulge below it. Any tips? What exercises/training would you recommend? Thanks!

I used to have the same problem, just a little pinch of a bulge, as if an invisible hand was pinching me there, right underneath my six pack. It's hereditary, it belongs there. Unless you basically starve yourself, be glad you have a six-pack, at least. As a kid, I had an eight-pack (easy when you're a kid, I know)...now I barely have a four- pack and I wish I had my lil' bulge again, and with it the six-pack....

Available online at http://theabsdiet.com/ or at your local Wal-Mart for about ten bucks. There are a number of "The Abs Diet" products available including at least two DVDs in addition to several related books. The book's author, David Zinczenko, has an interesting and humorous style of writing and the info is spot on, imo. Related MFW trivia (with a significant Duuuh factor for the obvious, but I hadn't noticed it until just recently): David Zinczenko's initials are DZ which, if you've read or lurked in MFW for any length of time, you might recognize from posts in the MFW ng. BUY THE BOOK! LOSE THE BULGE! ;o) -- Curt
