Beef contains no gluten.

Hold on to freedom as long as you can, 'cause the girl in your
cell might think she's a man.

Digesting beef and stating it has 'no gluten' are two very different
topics.

Digestion of beef (any food really) in a coeliac can be a problem if
you are currently having reactions.

But if you are having reactions to gluten to the degree that it's
disrupting your digestive tract, it's not the beef that is the problem.
ANY food is the problem, as you note. Beef is no more or less likely to
affect you than any other food.

There are people who erroneously beleive that things that eat wheat,
barley, or rye may contain gluten, and that is why I responded as I did.
As the poster did not see fit to ask a question framed in any context, I
think my answer is appropriate. If they want a complete answer, they
should ask a complete question.

Honesty is the best policy, but insanity is a better defense.

Yup, always somebody else's fault for your stupidity
Johann.

Beef takes a very acidic stomache environemt to digest
it. This is typical of red meat unlike many starchy
foods that take a much more alkaline environment to
digest and enzymes systems.
