The visit to the dietician seems to have been postponed. I'm quite glad about it. People do not understand multiple allergies around here. My friend is equally allergic except not to nuts she had an awful time with the dietician. Both of us overweight and being told we weren't eating enough!. I eat huges bowl of lettuce and cue and toms and that fills me up tossed in french dressing and I love that. --

I was told by a nutritionist once, in essence, that my diet might be lacking some nutrients which could be contributing to my overeating because I was trying to get enough of those ones into me. In other words, if I got my body's actual nutritional needs met, I might have less cravings. Did this work for me? Well that's another story ... Pat

By the way, different brands, and even different flavors, of rice milk can taste very different.
