From: Donna on 29 Jul 2008 13:02 I started swimming several weeks ago and then had to go on hiatus while working on my leg problem with the physical therapist. This week, I'm back at the pool and alternating days with PT. It is amazing to me how much better I feel when I exercise. I hate to get up and do it; what a PITA, but once there and moving constantly walking and swimming, I'm so glad. I had a handful of trail mix before I went so my blood sugar would not go down too much. I did not test, and I should have. I will next time. I'd like to see the effect of exercise. -- ~Donna A~ http://diabetesandme.wordpress.com/ http://www.thesewingdictionary.com

I hate getting off the couch to start, but once I do start, it actually feels pretty good. :) Good job!
