From: mikesmith9999 on 3 May 2007 12:25 I've been pretty frustrated with not going under 179 a month ago. I went back to my junk food and gained 9 pounds in 10 days. Now I'm back on tracker, hopefully for good. My thinking is not complicated: Of all you eat, make it 80% vegetables and fruits. My blender is back in service. Mike 197/183/170.

I was thrilled to hit EXACTLT fifty pounds lost at EXACTLY my six-month mark...and lost two crummy pounds the whooooole month of April. I told myself this is normal, and to not get discouraged (that three week plateau SUCKED) and that now I am workingout, and things are shifting and firming (and I DO feel a diffrence inmy lothes) but still, that scale laughs at me, I swear. I'm blessedly OFF this weekend, a rare occurance in the retail food industry, I'm embarking on a three day tea-fast,and I'm going to hit the gym HARD in a Biggset Loser last-chance workout, try to drop under 170 by my Monday morning weigh-in. I know--I KNOW--that is not good an not real fat loss, but I need that psychological boost, I'm jonesing for a good hot-carb binge, and with Portofino's JUST opening yesterday by my house, I gotta distract myself with something. The tea thing should do it--if nothing else, I'll not be able to get far from the bathroom this weekend :) XXXXXXgizzieXXXXXX (223/171/120)
