Maybe I can get an answer from this group.
When I was 9 years old I had 10 rotten teeth pulled at once, at that
time the oral surgeon told my mom I had a congenital lack of wisdom
teeth on the bottom. I never got wisdom teeth or second molars, I've
told dentists about the congenital lack, and they seemed perplexed,
not believing it. I think the oral surgeons pulled the buds (if that's
possible, and that's my question) of my second molars, and maybe the
wisdom teeth, by accident. I don't know why they would pull teeth that
haven't grown in. My mom is telling me "no they can't just pull teeth
that haven't erupted yet", is this true, and is it possible they did
indeed pull my second molars?

Is there a newsgroup or website I can post this question to, if I've
asked in the wrong place?
