I started on them around Feb. and I just gave up on my 5th type cause every dang one has me hurling bile after about day 7. Any suggestions for a scrip that wont send a rush of yellow-green thunder to the head??? cheers to all, Frogger //////////////////////////////////// Hey Frogger I have disystolic HBP. I have been taking these three meds for quite a while, and took them without cross-over effects during my 48 weeks of tx for HCV. Ramipril 10 mg, Felodipine 5 mg, and Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg. The first two are generic equivalents of Altace and Adalat. Hope this helps. You don't need to be chucking up all the time. Are you sure it is not the Ribavirin doing that? cactus jammies ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Was diagnosed in Jan of this year, had the biopsy in March and I'm 1a, stage 1, level 1, at 35 years old and best bet is that I contracted at age 5 from a transfusion. Gastro doc says he wants me on tx, but also says there's no rush so I'm trying to get myself better sorted financially and physically before I go to war. Right now I'm thinking maybe 18 months from now I'll start up. If things take a dive, I'll go in earlier. Itchies are getting worse, and now I'm got edema in my feet which sucks but I think that's from the high blood pressure which was also diagnosed in January. I've got to lose some weight and I think some of my stamina will return. I wasn't so tired before I put on an extra 30 lbs. cheers, Frogger
