Ping: Johnny...
'Thought I'd start a new post/thread b/c the other one was getting garbled a bit. You asked if I have a panic attack every time I fear I might have one. The answer is definitely no, but in those moments where your head is deciding what it's going to do, I am almost frozen for a few minutes. This is when I MOV... 8 Aug 2010 14:32
Body sensations during a panic attack...
Okay. I'm in my middle 40's. I've started menopause, so when a hot flash happens, I tell myself it's meno stuff and not anxiety. But, since I usually start to sweat when I'm anxious, or having a panic attack, now I feel like it's a double whammy of sorts. When I start to get warm, I don't know if it's a hot... 11 Aug 2010 10:22

The "what if's"...
I swear, the "what if's" try and get me daily!! For instance, one of my dogs has had a cough. The vet put him on a course of antibiotics and a bit of steroids.
