Thanks. He's still thinking about it, but he's thinking this is the
best way for him to get the career training he wants.

LOL... He'd start telling me something the recruiter'd said, then he'd
say, "But he *is* a recruiter, so I'm not going to believe it until I
see it in writing." But I'll tell him he needs to contact you.

Smart man. :) That's the *huge* thing. Get the training/job guarantee
in the contract.

There are other things that are 'good to know's. And I would be glad
to talk to him a bit if he wants.
