From: Purpleloverlibra on 4 Nov 2007 01:23 ok, I just got told I have copd. I have not smoked in over a year. Just like in January I was down 20 pounds then a month later I lost my vision and was told I was diabetic. The more I do "right", the more that goes wrong. Why do bad things happen to good people. I'm down. Kris "Lori" <LoriLuvsHearts2(a)webtv.net> wrote in message news:13078-472B43DF-243(a)storefull-3156.bay.webtv.net... > Is there anything you would like to vent about? From: Lori on 4 Nov 2007 08:05 Hello ((((Kris)))) I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I know it's hard to deal with so many things going wrong at one time. Hang in there my friend and know that I am thinking of you and wishing you well. Hugs, Lori

I use them because I have problems with my sinuses and bronchial passages. I take these meds because the smooth muscles in these passages are oversensitive and overreact. I produce a lot of mucus and at times I am quite ill. I had to work in a smoke filled office for many years. I finally become so ill that I had to quit. I am now on SSDI. BTW, I am also diabetic. That is just the way things are. I think the additional body stress from working in a smoking environment caused the diabetes. Clean living was not an issue since I never smoked. It is just the way life is.
