Belly?
Hi there. I'm thin and fit. However I have some fat around my lower stomach. Can anyone recommend a way to reduce? I don't eat much and frequently go to the gym. Looks a little odd having a six-pack with this little bulge below it. Any tips? What exercises/training would you recommend? Thanks! ... 17 Oct 2007 20:14

Be still my beating heart
Ok, so I picked up the new bike computer today; a Polar CS200cad. It does speed, cadence, heartrate and so on. Now, using the 220-age formula, my max heart rate *should* be somewhere around 183-184 (I turn 37 at the end of the year). Even given that there's scope for variance from individual to individual and e... 24 Sep 2007 04:58
Hoodia?
Hi All, I've been pretty regular aerobic exercise but I'm still too heavy. I've been looking over the Hoodia appetite suppressant. When I pick up the bottles of Hoodia pills -- the ingredient list invariably shows that most of the Hoodia pills being sold contain stems as the main ingredient. Stems? Huh? ... 27 Aug 2007 09:46

Capital Radio (11/April/1997) Certainty level: 10% A nice easy one here. GLR-David Hepworth (21/Feb/1997) Certainty level: 80% I was listening to BBC Greater London Radio (GLR) by stealth, ie. on my walkman with headphones, with the sound turned right down, to prevent anyone from hearing what I was listening to. MI5 Persecution: Life is so hard (827)
Life is so hard Certainty level: 100% This relates to harassment at my workplace in Canada. Yes, "they" had their claws into my employers in North America, it doesn't just happen in England, it happens here as well. During the second half of 1996, at work, I was sitting near a co-worker whom we shall call... 25 Aug 2007 06:12
